These Terms of Service govern your use of the MakomGlobal platform operated by MakomGlobal Ltd. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
MakomGlobal is an international real estate marketplace connecting buyers worldwide with verified Israeli property listings and licensed agents. Services include property search, virtual tours, agent profiles, and subscription plans. MakomGlobal is a technology platform, not a real estate broker.
You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at [email protected].
All property listings should be independently verified. Booking a virtual tour does not constitute an offer on a property. MakomGlobal is not a party to any property transaction.
Agents must hold a valid Israeli real estate licence, list only properties they are authorised to represent, and keep listings accurate and up to date.
Subscriptions are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable for the current period. Tour credits do not expire. If a tour fails due to agent no-show or platform outage, the credit is returned. For billing questions email [email protected].
You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, submit false listings, harvest user data, or circumvent the platform to avoid fees.
MakomGlobal is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim or USD $100, whichever is greater.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tel Aviv.
